Experience
I have tutored essay writing in the past particularly for GAMSAT and have been involved teaching many artistic workshops over the years (mosaic & enamels). My grades in essay writing have always been excellent and I have a degree in psychology (I was offered a place in the honors program but but was accepted to medicine at the same time). I have undertaken subjects in philosophy, music (piano performance/theory), History and English at a university level and received deans commendations. Currently, I am studying for my second degree and am finding that medicine is very demanding time-wise (and brain-wise!). Tutoring is flexible and stimulating and is exactly the sort of thing I am looking for. I am friendly and easy going, I love understanding broad concepts and practical applications and then narrowing things down to their theoretical and procedural components. There are so many different ways to learn, its just a matter of finding the way that works for you and optimizing it!
